I miss what is gone
And I want it back
But not with you
With another in fact
I want nights like those with him instead
Better than replying them with you in my head
I want to be held in his embrace
I want to lay next to him face to face
I want to remember what it feels like to be loved
To have someone there to be kissed and hugged
To be with somone who will hold my hand
For him to see me as more than a friend
Doors are opening
As people walk into my life
Your door's now closed
And I must walk away
I don't know if it's so much to ask
I don't know how long it will last
All I know is he's all I'm thinking of
I'm forgetting about you because with him I feel loved
