They think it wont happen to them
They believe they can do anything
They want to fit in

You picked up that beer
You got drunk and still thought you can drive
You ended up with your car around a pole
Yet you lived on

Your best friend died
Because you said you could drive
Your friend lost his life
When they were the ones who didn’t drink and drive

Now you pay the price
You drove drunk that night
And instead of you
Your friend died

You get to live on
Thinking always of the fact you killed him
Now do you think its so cool
To drink and drive
