From my soul,
I apologize to the Universe
for my narrowness in perception,
thought and communication.

I’m sorriest for my angers
and resentments which result --
immediately because of their inherent hardships
but, ultimately, because they’re insulting to
and isolating from the limitless ALL
which forever unfolds, reveals and
deserves the attentive care
engendered by my deepest affection.

Recommitting myself to awareness,
I’m determined --
in the spirit of enlightenment --
to reverse all depressing negatives and
to curtail travelling behavioral ruts
which confuse my direction,
fog my view or limit my focus
of the Now-occurring.
