Sometimes I feel
Like there is a hole inside of me
A burning sensation
Only I can feel

Sometimes I feel
Like my head could just spin off
These chains in my neck
From all this confusion

Sometimes I feel
Like my limps are numb
That i'm kept from the pain
And nothing can break my bones

Sometimes I feel
Like my lips are moving but nothing comes out
My words are silent and
Unspoken

Sometimes I feel
Like i can't see when my eyes are wide open
Everything walking past
Is all but a blur

Sometimes I feel
Like i'm breathing with no air
My chest is moving
But no air in, and no air out

Sometimes I feel
Lonely, when im surrounded by a clump of smiling faces
and lips of gossip whispering in my ear

Sometimes I feel
Like a stranger
Unknowing of myself or many others
A forgotton individual

Sometimes I feel
Like im crying but those tears of pain wont fall
As if the pain inside wants to
But wont fall from these lonely eyes
