Let the darkness consume me...
maybe somewhere within it I'll find the peace that life couldn't
bring.
Oh to smell sweet death's perfume...a sensational drug that will
appease-silence -my overloaded mind....
Let the darkness consume me. May it sweep my essence away from this world
which has been overly unkind.
Don't tell me I'm crazy, I know you don't care.
Don't feed me your lies of love, when I needed you, you were never
there.
I've suffered in this world of torture-your- reality long enough..
I've lived this nightmare for so many years..
I'm tired of its heartbreak and I'm exausted by my constant
flowing tears.
So let the darkness consume me. Just let me go.
Don't tell me I'm crazy, I already know.
Release me from this guilded dungeon, this corpse you've forced into
life...
and may I flee forever into this darkness that has overtaken my mind.
