April Fool's Day

I woke up on April Fool’s Day I couldn’t wait to go to school
because on April Fool’s Day I am a huge joker, queen of the school

So I pulled out my favorite pants but they were full of shaving cream
It must have been the fault of my older brother’s scheme

But then I moved on to my next step, brushing my teeth
but there was soap smeared all over my toothbrush now that I couldn’t beat

If I had the chance I would have gotten him back
but the bus was coming and I had to fill my backpack

I tried to drink the grape juice but it was exchanged with wine, again my
brother’s fault
I tried to eat my cereal but the sugar was exchanged for salt

So I went into the bathroom just to clean my hands and face
there was Vaseline on the toilet seat, again my brother’s place

I thought that all the jokes had been used it all had been done
until I noticed no one was awake, walked outside and didn’t see the sun...
