Heaven or Hell?

You are standing there in front of God
Wondering what had just happened
Then you realize you’re next to be judged
What’s going through your mind?
How do you fell?
You are wondering whether you are going to be let in through the gates Of
heaven
Or thrown to your knees and be swooped off to hell
Heaven- that word goes through your head
Heaven- you think of white pearly gates, love and rejoicing
But yet that other word shatters your heart
You do not dare think it...yet alone speak of its name
Hell– fire, pain, suffering
Eternal life of that?
You pray that it’s not Hell
But you’re too late for praying
You’re still standing there
Just waiting till you know
Scared?
Maybe even terrified?
You knew this day would come
But not now
Not this soon
Not this day
You kept on reminding yourself
The rapture the rapture
Heaven or hell?
It’s your turn to decide
Heaven?
No more sadness and suffering
Or Hell?
Death and destruction
Choose wisely
