My Confidant

Don't hold your breath child
Holy breath
Hold... now don’t breathe you child
Spin around and walk together
This wall of circles never ending
Fills me with the urge to spill
Deadly rays of compassion until
This wall of circles appears to be ending

Your skin I can now see
Has dulled to a pale and sinful blue
How did this come to be?
Don't ever hold your breath, I told you

Connected in ways you can’t see
No wicked perception to show you way
We've become gathered only to be set free
Division of our gathering, division of our unity
Free

Drifting through a timeline of never seen ends
We only know the middle, then we die again
You all can continue to follow the deadly way
But today, I've decided to do things my own way
I'll go my way

I've been touched
Don't make me hold my breath
I've found my confidant
Your words make me spill my compassion
Holy breath
If you could breathe on me your holy breath
Please breathe into me, oh holy child
I would take a knee
And remain a suspended animation
Until the furthest end...
