Twas scary, on that morning,
Alone and forlorn at first,
The toys were less than boring,
Tears were ready to burst.

"Please don't cry my dear little ones,
You will be fine, and make new friends,
Looky kids, we can all have fun,
All kids can play pretend."

Johnny grabbed his yellow toy blocks,
Jessica had her blocks of green,
Jordan rolled her purple blocks by John,
Jess wanted in the scene.

Together they built a large house,
Amazed at what they created,
The three were quiet as a mouse,
No fuss was debated.

Oh Yes! Oh Yes! Instant best friends,
That started on that very day,
Three of them would last til' the end,
As everyone did say.

And here they are now in tenth grade,
Everyone was right when they said,
Friends forever! Yippee! Hurray!
Friendship never misled.

Twas scary, on that morning,
But friends were made on the spot,
Friendship is never boring,
Will never be forgot!
