Every night I shed a tear
Since she came along you're never there

We used to always be together, a pair

I try to talk to you but I guess I'm just talking to air
I give up, I can't just sit there
Pretend like you care
While I watch you sit here and declare
That she's the one you've loved for over a year
Did it ever occur to you that I don't really care
She's going to hurt you, I tried to make that clear
She's capable of breaking your heart, and you're unaware
I'm the only one who's always been sincere
But you don't even pay attention to me anymore, you don't care
That I'm the one who'll always be there.
