in the corner there was a wimper,
a cry of anguish,
a girl of mere 8 sat in that corner,
she screamed out,
screaming for the ones that were not there,
the world was silent,
no wisp of the wind or chirp of a bird,
only the quite wimpers of the girl,
her mind was puzzeled,
where might they be she wondered,
but they were there,
watching her, waiting for her to come,
slowly the wimpers diied off, and all there was, was silence,
the girl was home at last
