You Just Don't Get It

Walk over to you're friends,
They stop talking, does that make sense?
Don't bother telling what side you've taken,
You can say you haven't taken any but the outcome is clear,
Walk through the halls without a purpose,
Waiting to leave at 2:15,
Then what?
Who do you call when everyone is around but no one is listening?
It all happened so fast,
You can tell them your side of the story and how you feel,
But it doesn't matter when they've already made up their minds,
Don't waste your time,
Telling me how to react to this situation anymore,
When the lecturing is one sided,
If it was my decision none of this would of happened,
But then again I would be walking around without a clue,
And I now know how it feels to be around people so fake,
So I guess it worked out for the best,
At least so that nothing worse would happen,
And I could tell you how everything will workout,
But were is the fun in that?
By writing this alone I could start a revolution,
People will whisper thinking it's about them,
Maybe it is,
But how will you ever know?
Maybe that's your conscience,
If you even have one,
Telling you it's about you because you feel guilty,
Because you're one of them,
The people that walk around and say hi to tons of people in the halls,
But then later on talk about them behind their backs,
And then when your friends get mad for being fake and lying,
You just don't get it.
