How well is my performance?
You can't hide your ignorance.
You're scared because you see,
it won't work with me,
your authority is why you get away with it.

These are the awful things you put me through,
attached by strings controlled by you.
Hurt me so keen,
for marks not to be seen,
that's the magic of a marionette.

Step to the left, now step right
hide in the dark, stay out of sight.
Throw me in the box another day,
lock it up and walk away,
but soon i'll hold the key to my freedom.

I hope in the future,
you'll be miserable and alone,
and regret allying the girl,
you could have known.

I hope you know,
the things you do,
eventually will reverse,
and come back to haunt you.
