Left all alone,
Not one soul
around, I looked
everywhere,
but none could be
found,
Cars wrecked
line the streets,
coats and hats,
in people's seats-
I jump in my car,
as fast as can be,
only to find,
there's no one
but me-
Where have they gone,
the people I knew,
Oh NO, what
shall I do,
Killing myself comes
to mind,
God, I ask, just take
me away,
Erase my name,
if this must be my
fate,
I can not take
being alone,
This world is too
big, with no one around,
Just as my insides
start to melt away,
I wake up,
Thank God,
It is a normal day............
