IRONY OF AGE.

Put on your thinking caps,
and tie your belts of reasonings.
Coagitate on this little extract,
from the mind of various thoughts.

Age is a metre that read existence
the calculator that awaken our reasons.
Age is a barrier to some minds,
and a turning point of many.

Where some organize feast on its behalf,
others shed oceans at its remembrance.
While some obituary evokes prayer
other bids the living to kiss fear.

Teen achivers falsify age,
raising it up to boost their success
old unfortunate reduce theirs
for fear of being questioned
about their stagnant position.

It is an old irony in existence,
that success and failure has no claim,
over age a barrier and achiever.
