A Puzzled Person

She walks with me like everything is fine
Asking my permission so she’ll be comfortable with me
And my decision

She shares her feelings, worried about most
And tells them with a smile that brings her mind to its worst.
She beats them with a cigarette or coffee
Also by kissing me
And looking at me with a softy.

To tell you the truth I wouldn’t think like you
Trying to have a simple thought so I can smile like you
Its all in your head
better yet,
your nerves inside that you really hide

don’t be anxious to see a surprise
That you think will end with your demise
I know your thought
Your thought of you,
that
I’m mad to see
Who you were and the one you don’t prefer

if you want to know how I feel
Then just be real
Its only those puzzled people that can never stand still
