if life is the beginning
where does our whole journey end
if heaven is where souls collect

So please be very gentle
for now I send a soul to you
cause now that I can see it
I know Domino just wont pull through

but she is not the only
a daughter Meeka, I have to say
if she does not pull through
they both might just pass away

so please be very careful
I hope, and pray, and beg of you
if only you could hear her cries
and know exactly what I knew

there is a bond that no one knows
between the two small pets I had
and all the years we spent together
and I realize I am so very glad

I now know that it is her time
she's going to the brightest light
I hope that I will see her again
and that she'll hear my prayers at night

I know that it'll be hard
for meeka to quite understand
But I think her heart is slipping
as though through water or through sand

but now I'll make a promise
to see her again way up high
for life is the beginning
I promise to see her in the sky
