Smiling sweetly from across the room
she turns around and everything is fine
There are no problems in her life
Even the kind of student she is, is simply devine
Involved in everything with no time to spare,
Even her friends, she knows they all care
Hiding behind her candle lit eyes,
Are a life long worth of painful and hurt cries,
Her perfect smile is all an act
Today the masked girl is finally cracked
What is wrong, nobody will ever know
She can only take so much,
but her pain continues to grow
Wrapped in a mask the little girl weaps,
All through the night, she can never get any sleep
No one understands her
She treats herself with pain
Crying in silence with the rythem of the rain
Pretending to care, this world is all a lie
Sometimes she just wishes she'd die
