there are words in my head
but i cant write them down
my words are my savior
they are my way out
only all my words have left me
and im scared that i’ll go back
go back to the escape
that i left in the past
the cutting and the pain
please say it isn’t so
let the words flow from me
paint my world in shades of grey
make a picture on this paper
just help me find these words
the words are gone
my god i fear

my salvation from this world
