She lets her tears stain the pillow, once again.
Pieces of her dies as she thinks of way back when.
He was not only her best friend, but the man she loved with all.
The only one there to catch her when she'd fall.
And she'd do anything to feel like she felt before..
But that feeling's now long gone and won't be dealt with anymore.
Now the feelings of regret dance around her mind.
Wondering how, through all those years, she could have been so blind.
And now an empty hole is where her heart should be.
Wondering what she did to deserve to be set free.
