the best i can assume i was about 10 when this was written, and i wrote it
for my cat

You never seem to mind when I scoop you up into my arms,
You just lie there listening to my problems.
Never giving a rude comment
You can always tell when I feel bad
And you come over to make me feel better

And now I would like to say
Thank-you for listening
Thank you for being there
Even though youre only a cat you listen to what I have to say
Even though you seem to stare at me like im nuts
but either way Thank-you
