Can’t think, mind blank
Thoughts flowing but too rapidly to grasp
Can’t focus, blank stare
Everything is falling too fast

I won’t accept it anymore
I’ll freeze emotions to stop blood flow
Even if I care one bit
I’ll never let it show

I won’t feed into deceitfulness
I won’t let them into these steel walls
I’ll freeze my heart and stop my pulse
I’ll be alone when darkness falls

Ice queen but free of pain
I won’t care for another soul
I’ll be complete all by myself
I will make myself feel whole

You cannot reach me anymore
I’ve closed all the doors and won’t let you in
I’ll make you hurt and won’t care
You see my friend, I win
