As I Went Walking

As I went walking,
Through the forest one day.
I met a small frog,
Along the way.

He showed me around,
To all his friends.
When I had to leave,
He wished to see me again.

A couple of days later,
Walking again.
I stumbled upon,
My ole little friend.

He said to me,
I promise this.
Would you, sweet darling,
Give me a kiss?

As I kissed him,
He transformed there.
Into a lovely prince,
With long blonde hair.

He took me to,
His castle lair.
Which was so grandly,
In the air.

I became the princess,
Of all the land.
It is like I held it,
In my hand.

And to this day,
As I am talking.
I remember that day,
As I went walking.
