lost and alone
deep in the dark
overrun by
the black in my heart
my blood runs cold
with hate in these veins
chained to you uselessly
i am love's slave
scraping and clawing
at these stone walls
trying to escape
your desperate cold calls
living this nightmare
dreaming of it's end
all just so
it can start again
every day trying
to break these cold chains
with which i am bound
to you as love's slave
