Until Their Gone

everything slips away so quickly a life here and there
we speak of it as nothing not knowing we even care
we attend the funerals and mourn for them who we have lost
we cut out the obituaries and hang them on the fridge then we go on with our
lives without a cost or cringe
we don't notice their gone until their absents is a bother.
I pray now to thy holy Father
please let others heed
for those we lose are really what our hearts need.

Never forget
