Hold It All In

hold it all in, bury it down, hide it away, where it can't be found,
the hate and the anger, the truth and the pain, it's all part of life,
all part of the game, don't let 'em see you cry, hold it in till
your whole body's dry, store all the hurt, in your empty chest,
It's all part of life, all part of the test, and not until your dying
day, will you let those feelings float away, not even at night, when you
hold yourself tight, and you wipe your own tears, and face your own fears,
just hold it all in, bury it down, fight your own fight, don't make a
sound...
