Look into the mirror
As the image fades
All that remains
Is the monster she cant escape
She goes away again
Unconcerned with the picture
While the demons lay inside the mirror
The monster sits down again
In the solitude of demons
Thinking of a way to escape
This Hellish prision
Breathes in a sigh
Letting itself cry
Hoping that the little girl
Will return once more
Sleep turns to nightmares
And nightmares to dreams
Dreams become
What is reality
The monster sleeps in its prision of Black
And is filled with nightmare of never-ending screams
And is tortured by a girl hiding from its other
The monster stares out of its glass holding
Another nightmare gone to welcome a grimer morning
The girl stands infront of the mirror
Takes the knife from its drawer
Stabs the eyes of the monster from their dreams
The Pain so terrible it makes them both scream
The bloodied knife place carefully away
She pulls the mask off from the monster
And replaces her face with it other
One filled with happiness not a monster's look
She stares long into the glass
Wishing this was not a mask
The monster looks from the mirror
And wishes that it was o.k.
Wishes that it was allowed
To once again see the light of day
But knows it is not so
For whenever the mask goes on
It puts the real little girl
Back into this Mirror World
