I had my eyes open but i never saw this comin'
The searing heat, The burning inside of me
Its like the dream i had last night
Running into the flame, never looking back
The spikes all around me
Death and decay, corpses lay around
I try to escape this place to no avail
I stumble backwards and fall through the floor
I plummet downwards towards the spikes below
They pierce my soul, and i feel the pain
but i lay in wait, for death to come
It hurts so bad, it just wont end
I want to leave it all, and just be free
Free from this bondage in my heart,
to play with these feelings tingling in my heart
but that chance wont come my way
because here i lie, in death and decay
