Cool Fool

Living yesterday, I thought It'd be cool,
Be cool to act like a fool

Friends gathered round,
Round me, as I lay bound

Bound to the hood of the car,
Car which would soon smeel as a bar

Bar, with all the smoke, cigarettes and cigars, beer and whiskey
Whiskey that would burn, and set me free

I wouldn't die,
Die not...I was much to sly

Sly as a fox
A fox trapped in a box

A box of eternal flames,
Flames which were only games

Games in the beginning,
In the beginning, I should've know--there was no winning
