Lily walked along the black rose garden,
In search of someone to love,
To save her from all her fears,
Someone sent from up above.

As she cautiously passed each flower,
She imagined the perfect soul,
The one she wanted to guide her,
And help her reach her goal.

She wanted a beautiful man,
Who was serious yet sensitive,
Someone who would always be there,
And teach her how to live.

Finally she had found him,
And she knew he was the one,
'Cause suddenly when she touched him,
She felt her life had just begun.

He held her tight and lovingly,
And wiped her tear-stained face,
And gently kissed her on the cheek,
As her mind floated into space.

Lily, now, will always be happy,
Because she has found her soul mate,
And she believes in herself now,
And also believes in fate.
