In the highest hour of the night
All the stars are shining bright
Run through the forests with delight

In the glory beneath the trees
See the things no other sees
You do anything you please

In the dark you change your skin
By the full moon let the hunt begin
Don't even hide your sinister grin

Knowing every detail of the wood
Driven by the smell of blood
Take the trail no other could

Gaining speed now, take the chase
Give all effort for just one taste
Not a scrap of flesh will you waste

Back into the forests of wonder
Now that you have satisfied your hunger
Shift for the anticipated slumber

See the beginning light of dawn
Lay down beneath the sky and yawn
All is done, the night is gone
