I was going to title this "Melodius Expulsion"

Ten toes were facing up, then ten toes were facing down
I was restless in the bed, from eating red beans mixed with brown

If there's one thing in my life, I need to get into my head
It's don't eat a bowl of beans, right before I go to bed

I was settled for some sleepin, and I was good and tired
But nothing could match the pain, that my belly had acquired

It shot out of my intestines, and right through my underwear
If not for the thickness of the covers, you would have seen it in the air

Then I never was so worried, in my entire life
I heard footsteps in the hallway, OH NO here comes the wife

So I thrashed around the covers, and it smelt like rotten eggs
But as it started smelling better, I had to cross my legs

Once again I heard a grumble, and my mind began to curse
This was going to be the big one, twice as potent as the first

When she got into bed, she just had to make it bounce
One last grumble won the battle, and I let go of every ounce

At first she kinda sat there, then she turned with that one look
The one she always gives me, when her temper starts to cook

She yelled at me for hours, then she slapped me in the head
So remember when I tell you, don't eat beans then go to bed
