Smell Of Dreams

The splash of the white capped liquid mountains
Brings smells and scents I thought I would never find again
Bet yet here in this serene sweet smell of serenity
I find myself looking for all that is lost
One life to live, I hear them softly say as the smell of greed and hatred
come
Billows out from under my soul like living in a dumster
But just as living in a dumster, the smell you get used to
I can smell the sand, scents of innocence overwhelm
Pick up a seashell, feel the life in something to frail and particular
Smell the dieties, the smell of candy coated roses
We will only know what we immediatly see, taste, hear, or smell
The smell of a father's whiskey scented perfume
The smell of blood and sweat interchanging as you give to save your best
friend
The smell of your tears as you watch someone leave you, possibly forever...
The smell of that candy coated happiness as you take another drag
That's why we need this place
We need to sense the liquid mountains
We need to smell the innocence of being alone
Look, there it is, the scent of all your troubles floating away in the sea
Doesn't it smell so sweet
Bet yet soon we wake up to find the bitter smell of our reality
The dream is what smells sweet
The splash of the white capped liquid mountains
Brings smells and scents I thought I would never find again
and hope to come back to......
