Devil's Kiss

Innocent in heart
Purity of soul
I walked the night streets
The sky black as coal

Under a streetlight
My eyes glimpsed your face
They attacked your body
Covered in silky black lace

You looked up and blinked
With those soft baby blue’s
Smiling succulent lips
Telling me that I must choose

The choice is so simple
Said your light, glowing skin
Retain my innocent purity
Or forever give into sin

Angel and Devil fought
While perched on my shoulder
Suddenly the wind picked up
The night became immensely colder

So I opened up my heart
And injected you straight to the vein
Immediately you took control
And quickly eased my pain

I raced into the high
You elevated my soul
You gave me sights, smells, tastes and sounds
And I knew for once I was whole

But then the euphoria faded
Reality came crashing back
The veil was removed from my eyes
And I discovered all that I lack

Now my heart is on fire
My soul aches for your taint
My body shudders with desire
For the sinner, not the saint

I cannot push you aside
I shall never tell you no
When you are pumping through my veins
I can only go with the flow

All your words ring with truth
For such pleasure cannot lie
From now until the end of time
Your kiss I shall never deny
