Life is so short
Yet I know so much
19 with the wisdom
And spirit of an 80 year old
Yet your love I’ve yet to experience
And fear that I never will

To our moment in time
Those words that went unspoken
Now my heart has broken
The smiles we shared
Are now but a memory I cherish

To cherish it again
--
That would be a wonderful end

Fear is not something I’ve know before in life
But now I fear only one thing
That I may never see you again
