Granted Wish With A Twist

Wishing I could commit suicide,
and still be alive,
To see the twinkle in your eye
when you discover,
I took my own life and died,
Wonder how long it would take
before you noticed I wasn't there,
You walk in my room,
and see me in a pool
of blood soaked sheet,
and just get pissed
because I didn't finish the dishes
before I decided to leave.
That wish of mine came true,
but with a twist of hell
I saw both sides
of the darkness that fell,
only you saved me the trouble
Of sliting my wrist,
Tightning my fist
holding the knife
next on deaths list,
and praying for forgiveness,
hoping you got all this.
You came in my room,
bloodied my face
I heard the hate,
I felt my fate,
as I was tossed
out the window,
and rolled in a gate
broken glass it rained
that blended with the pain,
You stood over me,
I looked up in your eyes,
and realized what my wish became,
Just without the bleeding veins
instead my blood drained,
Dripping on the glass around me
that got stained,
standing over me, knife in your hand
raise it up and start to stab,
I'm to numb to scream,
All I do is stare in your eyes
as your taking my life,
and know I'm about to die,
My wish came true,
I saw both sides,
Just that one little twist,
I didn't have to take my own life.
