You Don't Know Me

I am a lot more than what you see
All this commotion is going on inside of me
You don't know me
Be glad you don't
Don't try to understand me, you just won't
I'm a shell that lets no one in
Nothing will let you in these gates
Chains of the strongest metal there is
There is no end, no breaking in
If you get in you'll have to die
But no one will so don't even try
Talking wont break me
Only inside my chains that I am free
Dragging myself along, pursuing through
There is no one like me, not even you

I am a lot more than what you see
All of this pain is going on inside of me
You don't know me
Be glad you don't
Don't try to help me you just won't
You can't understand they ways I feel
It isn't for show, its not exposed, this is real
I am the only one who can let go
I feel the pain as I see myself grow
You can't feel the way I do
These are my emotions, my feelings and they dont belong to you
Time passes as it usually does
That will not heal our differences
You will won't realize
All the things that I can recognize
DOn't think your special, your nothing to me
You can't get inside even with your pathetic plea

I am a lot more that just what you see
All this strength is rushing through me
You don't know me
Be glad you don't
Come on try to hurt me, I bet you won't
I am a lot stronger than any man
If I can't deal with it then no one can
The more you hurt me, the less I feel
Self-Driven pain is the only kind that is real
I am a fighter, and I will never stop
I will keep defending until dead I drop

You don't know me
So be real to yourself
'Cuz no one will ever be able to see
All that is inside of me
