Once Called Butterflies.

The butterflies formed to tears,
Inside a rage of forgotten fears.

Night upon night,
pain escapes from my eyes.
Yet, day upon day,
I fill my head with lies.

Not only once was my heart returned broken and frail,
But twice my feelings took over, and my mind seemd to fail.
'Ignorance is a bliss' I hear strangers say,
Yet, I continue to stand in the shadows as you walk away.

When will you realize,
To me your more then just a friend?
I can't over come the terror
of loneliness and despair in the end.

Deep down I pray you know,
I crave your touch and miss you so.

From this day on,
live your life and think no more of me.
For there are no more words to tell how I feel,
Except for three.
