There’s no such thing as rock bottom
You can always continue to fall
Even if you fall to your death
The hole still continues on

It’s an Alice in Wonderland story
Though yours isn’t a dream
Yours is more of a nightmare
That you can’t wake from it seems

It’s impossible to turn back now
The pathway’s caved in behind
So you must continue down
For you created the landslide

Regretting and wishing won’t help now
At this point you’re past that line
I don’t even know how to help you
Cause you never saw all the signs

So I tell you this now to warn you
Before you actually fall
Before you find there’s no bottom
Before you take that first step at all
