I wonder as I wander
Misled and confused
Slowly thinking of the past
And the days of you

Joyful memories
And the moments of tears
Can’t getting over you
Is what I fear

Sighs of relief
When in despair
Moments reflecting
Of me touching your hair

Silences and laughs
In a wry kind of way
Always seemed to make me smile
As the time went by

Now and again I hear your name
Thoughts develop into my mind
What happened to us
Why can’t you be mine
