I just wanna feel the cold steel against my skin.
Slit from end to end.
I'll watch the crimson liquid flow.
Listen to my heart begin to slow.
I'll fall to the ground,
As my head starts to pound.
The blood is puddling around me.
Seeing what the truth may be,
knowing my soul will be set free.
My arm begins to numb.
I can feel the blood run down my thumb.
I start to doze away,
knowing this will be my final day.
I'm sorry I was such a disapointment
or just a disgrace.
Now you get to live everyday without seeing my face.
The past was the past.
And my future is gone.
But I won't feel hollow and aline.
I'll leave a note
And sign it love always and forever.
The air I breathe is being sucked away.
Goodbye to today.
I don't feel the pain anymore.
My wrists are no longer sore.
When I finally open my eyes,
my family is there to stare.
I was saved today
I guess today they care.
