He looks into the mirror, one last time
He catches the gaze of a boy he once knew,
His eyes are tired and old,
His attitude and style brand new.
Although he knew it was the wrong thing to do,
He now wants to end his misery from her.
He looks away before he changes his mind,
and decides to say goodbye to his mother one last time.
His heart hurts so much,
But that will be a memory and he will no longer feel,
The pain his love caused him just seems so unreal.
But now she is gone, gone with his friend,
and so now he will bring everything to a final end.
He swallows the pills,
they'll make everything feel better,
for he'll never wake up,
and she'll only have his last letter.
