it's like a drug;
it kills you more and more each time
some just do it to be cool,
while, some do it to stay alive
the high brings
an artificil bliss
but when it's over
it hurts far more than this
the greater the addiction
the stronger the conviction
to take another pill
while time is standing still
and the blood begins to fill
it's like a drug;
you're hooked more and more each time
the little bit isn't enough,
so you overdose to get the high
and it keeps on killing you
but you ignore the pain
becoming numb and ignorant
just to keep yourself sane
the greater the addiction
the stronger the affliction
so take another pill
while time is standing still
let it hurt you more each time
then sit and wonder why
it's like a drug;
but yet, more lethal than the next
the most poisonous addiction
is the opposite sex
