She was a beautiful kind of ugly
Peering out of the most fragile eyes
She was a fragile kind of independent
Living a life full of lies
She was the one ignored most
But stood out among the crowd
Her voice is soft and sickly
But words speak profoundly loud
Her sadness ties her to seclusion
No one is allowed to see inside her soul
No one may see her pain
No one knows was fuels those eyes of coal
Those striking blows that bruise delicate skin
The piercing screams that haunt her mind
She hides in her own pool of pain
She is ugly but the beautiful kind
