Hiding
In this world I created
Never letting anyone know

Scars no longer go un-noticed
Bandages can no longer stay hidden
The pain is felt no more

People across the room stare
I know what they’re thinking
Those in that group
Looking at me over their shoulder
I know what they’re saying

No one can begin to understand
‘Cause I can’t begin to explain
So leave me be
Leave me in this world I’ve created
Leave me in this solitude
