What Is It?

Love, what is it really?
It's felt deep in the soul
But it hurts when you pay that toll
The tears will pour
Just as the rain will fall
The heart breaks down to the core
But love will call
From distances beyond control
And life will begin again
From beginning, to end
Feeling that feeling
As your knees weaken and bend
That feeling of love
Is felt once again

Love, what is it really?
It's the way the wind blows
Through your silky soft hair
It's exactly what you let your heart show
It's standing strong in this world
Though it's so hard to bare
Doing so just for one another

Love, what is it really?
It's me and you
Just us two
So, honey lets see it through
I know we can win
From beginning
To end
