My ambition has consumed me,
Her consoles can't subdue me,
With this anguish channeled through me,
All I have is fear.

Fear of my lies,
Will you see true mine eyes?
Where will I hide?
Will they hunt me like a fox?

A fox chased by the hounds,
Slipping on the sopping ground;
No! I must no the found.
All that's left is hope.

Hope of a better day,
I, the king, will have the say,
But why to I should they obey?
Do they all suspect me?

Suspicion of my deed,
I away from must lead,
Blind them so they cannot see;
All I have is fear.
