The shadow of a girl
Lost in herself
The shell of a human
Without self wealth
Nothing left
Not a feeling
No words to go on
Fighting this world
Demons fight to drag on
The devil eats inside
Nothing left to live for
Nothing left to hide
Where’s the light
When there’s nothing left to fight
She says she knows she’s dying
Never lets it show
How can she pretend
That this will never end
The fear is eating her alive
How can she survive?
She’s breaking…dying now
Can’t go on…living this way
She’s not home…she’s alone
Someone please help her!!!
We all see
She’s different
It doesn’t mean
Our words don’t hurt
She noticed we care
Not about her…but we stare
We could have saved her
We killed her
But she’s here
Behind us…she’ll stare
But we won’t care
She’ll make a difference
But we’ll never know
Because we think we are better
But she is and it shows…
