There once was a girl
Whose name was not known.
She lived by the sea and loved to dream.
“I am not a princess but I wan a prince charming to rescue me,
I live here alone and watch the sea,
This place is so peaceful,
It’s like a dream,
Waves so soft I can hear when I sleep,
I love this place and I love being free,
“When I am alone I can just be me,
No one to look up to or have to please,
Yes I am alone but I love my life,
I work all that I can and pray to stay right,
No I am not the best, nor do I try to be
I just like being me, in my place by the sea
Being free its all good
And that’s the way it will be
I am who I am and there’s no changing me.”
Every one needs their own little place by the sea.
