the stars and me
we are the same
and it brings my knees
to the earth
the world and me
we are enemies
and it sets my eyes
toward the sky

and to this moment
i would do so much
for the night
to swallow the earth
for the time
to swallow the lives

into the abyss
i send myself
i'm surrendering
to the gravity
of the unknown

my fate has become
a speck in the shadows
and i am falling
no care for what's to come
